Terms of service

The service

Velvet Scrolls is a digital invitation service. We design and host invitations delivered as a web link. No physical products are made or shipped.

Your order

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged once. Delivery times begin once we receive your completed design brief.

Revisions

Edits within your chosen design and package are unlimited until your event date. Changes that go beyond the package (for example, new sections) may be priced separately — we’ll always ask first.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and text, and confirm you have the right to use them. We may show your invitation in our portfolio only with your permission.

Availability

Your invitation stays shareable until 30 days after your event, then turns private automatically.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.
