Your details, handled with care
We collect only what we need to create your invitation and run it for your guests.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and order choices.
- The details and photos you share in your design brief.
- Your guests’ replies (name, attendance, message and anything you ask them).
- How you use our website: the pages and designs you look at, the steps of the order form you reach, the site that sent you, and your device type. We use our own first-party cookie for this — no advertising or third-party trackers.
- The contact details you type into an order form, saved as soon as you enter them, so we can help if you don’t finish your order.
- A referral code, if you arrive from a partner’s link, so your discount is applied automatically.
How we use it
To design and deliver your invitation, send you order emails and reminders, and share your guest replies with you. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
Who can see your invitation
Your invitation is shareable by link until 30 days after your event, then it turns private automatically.
How long we keep it
Invitation content and guest replies are kept until a few months after your event, then deleted. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
